Villa Kika is located in the Achladies area; within a short walking distance visitors can select between four taverns and can also find super markets. 

In the “main beach” of Achladies, visitors can enjoy all modern water sports and also rent motor boats to visit Skiathos unique beaches.

Getting to Skiathos from Villa Kika is easy, given its fabulous location. 

Only a short 5 minute walk away guests of Villa Kika can find the bus stop of the municipal bus service that offers direct access to both the town of Skiathos and all major beaches every 20 minutes. 

Additionally, for those that want to enjoy the sea, there is a departure of the sea taxi from the “main” Achladies beach every hour.
